Bo Han, MD, PhD., MBA
Director of Business Development
Dr. Han, currently serving UNMC/UNeMed Health China as its Director of Business Development, is specialized in the field of medical and healthcare development between China and the US.
Dr. Han joined UNMC upon his graduation from the healthcare MBA program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, one of the Ivy League in US. During that time, Dr. Han, also worked as the senior fellow in Global Health Care Development for The Dartmouth Center at Dartmouth, have developed international partnership between US and China through health care policy and administration education. In addition, Dr. Han has led an international group focused on the cross-culture Medical Decision-Making project for a better healthcare delivery model supported by Tuck.
Prior to Tuck, Dr. Han worked as a research fellow at Eppley Institute for Research in Cancer and Allied Diseases and also joyed in clinical medical practice in UNMC. As a surgeon, Dr. Han specialized in hepatobiliary and pancreatic minimal invasive and robotic surgery and has published a serious of papers among the national core ranking journals.
Dr. Han received his MD&PhD. at Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine and his residence from one of the top ranking hospitals in Shanghai.
Dr. Qian Zheng
International Technology Development Specialist at UNeMed
Dr. Qian Zhang is a technology development specialist at UNeMed Corporation, the technology transfer office of UNMC.
Dr. Zhang and her colleagues at UNeMed work with UNMC scientists to transform innovative technologies that emanated from academic research at UNMC into marketable products and services.
Dr. Zhang joined UNeMed in 2011 after receiving her Ph. D degree in Cancer Biology from UNMC. She was trained extensively in the area of molecular cell biology, genetics and biochemistry.
Her graduate work has focused primarily on addressing the importance of D-type Cyclins in breast cancer progression using genetically-engineered models. She is also expected to receive her MBA degree from UNO by the end of 2014
Administration Assistant, Shanghai
Luxi Jiao started her work as administration assistant in UNMC Shanghai Office from 2013.
She did her undergraduate studies in Wuhan University, China, majored in Literature and International Relations.
She then obtained her Master Degree in Development Administration and Planning in University College London, UK.
